REFUND POLICY OLD

You can return your product within 30 days of your order for a refund on the purchase price of your product minus shipping. We will only accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. If you placed an order outside of Canada and did not pay in CAD, we will refund you based on the exchange rate of the day you placed your order.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please email hello@drinkchakra.com with your order number, item description, and reason for return. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, we'll provide you with our shipping address and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
